We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your candidate data to train our AI models without explicit consent.

3. CV and Candidate Data

CVs and candidate information uploaded to Sieve are processed solely to provide the scoring and analysis features of the platform. This data is:

Stored securely and encrypted at rest
Accessible only by your account and team members you invite
Deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request
Never shared with other customers or third parties beyond AI processing providers

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

OpenAI / Anthropic — AI scoring and analysis (data processed under their enterprise data protection agreements)
Stripe — Payment processing
Resend — Transactional email delivery
Vercel — Hosting infrastructure
Neon — Database storage

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@sievecv.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
